In the past, I have asked people on here and social media to suggest topics for discussion (without much success) because I want the content to be tailored to what you want to know and learn about. Sure, you can use ChatGPT and google topics and receive immediate answers and AI description, but will it be a personable response and from a trusted source.
From a credential standpoint – Since the early 2000’s, I have been involved in this industry in some capacity as a business owner, bartender, server, manager, general manager, wine educator, mixology instructor, and consultant working in many different drinking environments and multiple states.
My relocation to CNY and Syracuse area in mid-2024 was supposed to be a strategic and beneficial move given the demographic, universities, location within the Finger Lakes Wine Region, restaurants/bars, and strong cultural footprint. Unfortunately, in my experience, this hasn’t been the case.
